1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using exact-time.now (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

2. The service

The Site provides current local time, time-zone comparisons, meeting planning, world holidays, trading-hours, and educational content. The Site is provided free of charge for personal and reasonable commercial reference use.

3. Accuracy of data

Time data is derived from the IANA time-zone database with regular NTP-synchronised renders. Holidays, weather, and astronomy data are sourced from third parties (Nager.Date, Open-Meteo, sunrisesunset.io). We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep this data accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free. Do not rely on the Site for legal, medical, aviation, financial settlement, or other safety-critical purposes.

4. Embeddable widgets

We offer embeddable clock and meeting-planner widgets at /embed/* URLs. You may embed them on your site under a non-exclusive, revocable licence provided you do not remove attribution and you do not redistribute the widget assets as your own product.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the Site at a rate that degrades service for others.
• Frame, mirror, or republish whole pages without permission.
• Use the Site to facilitate illegal activity.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass advertising.

6. Intellectual property

All site code, design, copy, and imagery are © Exact Time Now unless otherwise marked. Time-zone data is in the public domain via the IANA tz database.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all liability for losses arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
