1. Who we are
Exact Time Now (the “Site”) is a free world-clock and time-zone reference operated by Marcin Lewandowski as an independent publisher. You can reach us at info@marcinlewandowski.com.
2. Information we collect
We do not require an account and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information. We do, however, automatically receive standard log data when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type, referrer, language preference, and pages viewed. This is used for security, analytics, and to determine approximate location for time-zone display.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar storage to remember your locale, deliver advertising, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features (such as personalised ad consent and saved preferences) may stop working.
4. Third-party services
The Site relies on the following third parties:
- Google AdSense — serves advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. See How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
- Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregate traffic. IP addresses are anonymised before storage.
- Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised session replays to help us improve usability.
- Vercel Analytics — server-side request metrics with no client-side cookies.
- Open-Meteo — weather data, called from your browser using city coordinates only.
- Nager.Date — public-holiday data, called server-side.
- sunrisesunset.io — sunrise/sunset times, called server-side.
5. Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you visit from a region that requires opt-in consent, we will ask you before loading personalised advertising and non-essential analytics. You can change your consent at any time from the cookie banner footer link.
6. Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar regulations you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email info@marcinlewandowski.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
